Any kind of extra security stalker?

Hello I was using the rocket with stalker PVR 0.8.4 and also I had configured the client 9.0.21 and both were running perfect using the new security parameters mentioned here:

I made a new MAC ID then entered the serial, the devices numbers and signature and all was running perfect but suddenly I had a buffering problem and I decided to reboot my router and my android box then and when I entered kodi again stalker said me unable to load channels like if all new configuration security was ignored. And the strange all was working perfect and configured with the new security of send serial, device numbers and so on. Maybe this happend because when I rebooted my router my ISP changed me the IP and because of that I can't load channels? Or what could be the problem I revised all the configuration and all is ok my new macid, serial and device numbers and signature simply is not loading the channels after a router reboot and both versions has the same problem: the 0.8.4 PVR and client 9.0.21 versions.

I just got back on, but it is buffering like crazy. Defiantly server error.

Is working again at least for now but one channel VH1 Europe like most of the times present freezes and some bufferings not each minute like past days but that channel I think is saturated because always I see bufferings and freezes at some time.
