I purchased a Mag 254 & updated it.
Purchased 1 donation for PTTV & IKS last Thursday.

No email yet, CC on Friday. Emailed [email protected] No response as of now. (checked SPAM folder too).

Can search and get order number and donation #. Inputted donation information from search, into box.
Now it gives an error saying if you have reached this page in error…blah, blah, blah.

I am out of ideas and have no clue know what to do? In short, I am (gulp) asking for help…

And yes, I have read…that’s what brought me to this dead end. Thanks 4 reading this.

First, thanks for responding. :)

I've done that and have a donation #, along with servers & ports. I put that information in box as follows; Settings - System Settings - Servers - Portals

After saving, it reboots and gives an error page like I noted in my post.

Since I haven't received an email, I don't know if there is some critical information I'm unaware of?

One more thing; when searching my donation, I get a table with my correct MAC code in it already I may have linked it somewhere along the line?). I'm thinking I should be good-to-go at that point, but that's not happening.

I printed those pages out a couple of days ago, but instead of using http;\\11.iptv..., I was using the URL's I got when I searched order and obtained donation # and portals.

So, this time I used what's on this sheet and for the first time I got a blue screen with a barber pole bar across the middle. I'm hoping that's a good thing and will just let it do it's
thing???

Thanks for pushing me in the right direction. Something I'm sure you all get tired of. :(

If it doesn't do anything in an hour, I'll let you know, or if it does what I'm hoping for I'll let U know too...

Big thanks to a post by "Bkman2020" who suggested adjusting resolution. I lowered mine (in settings) from 1080p down to 720 and when I tried again, yellow bar progressed until full and shazam, I'm up!
