you do not _have_ to put in any numbers. use the above client it has serial enabled.
if you want to make a custom one read alucard's post about it.

My iptv stalker keeps updating to the original version without the serial

try this instead then enter: 0000000000000 - 13 zero's as serial number in the pvr client

no just enable send serial and not custom serial below send serial setting in iptv stalker.
if you do not use iptv stalker uninstall it.
its not good to have both on the same kodi installation, they can interfere with each other if you are not careful.

Are sure, 13 zeros isn't that secure, it's like making your pin 1234
