help with new stalker

hi all i had iptv working with stalker few days ago now it stop working so i did some reading and i need to install new stalker update file i am using prosat hd with Android Devices i download the zip file to my usb but not able to install it can anyone can give me some advice
for me to get stalker app last time i use kodiland and i was able to get it working thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem with this on PCs I've asked data to see if we can have the link put up on a url to solve this problem it works fine with android box but I cannot get it to work with pc to save my life
