If i want to get channels in HD, do I have to buy a box like avov tvonline + iks service? I'm assuming IPTVStalker addon has only sd streams...or am I wrong?

You are wrong... streams may be in HD or SD. Kodi can decode HD streams, it depends on the hardware that it is on.

most are sd. some streams are hd. all movies are hd. and everything is subject to change (hopefully for more hd). :)
I never used iks but word is its dead within a year? hence the switch to iptv.

So the streams are the same resolution regardless of the system used?
I got confused because I was checking out avov tvonline videos on youtube . Somebody was showing how to set it up and the epg was showing a list of hd channels (nbc hd, abc hd, etc) which i don't believe are streamed in HD on iptv stalker.
Now that i check out their site, i believe they are based in Canada ...they list a bunch of Canadian channels.

Sorry, my mistake...got confused because they have a similar name to IPTV Stalker and that threw me off. Thanks for the clarification. I guess I have no need to buy a separate box.
