Trying to input Mac Address with my Rocket Sub

Hi there, long time Rocket sub and trying to get familiar with IPTV and setup. I understand I have to go to Iksrocket Papiao and update my MAC however I'm trying to do this for my PC. I don't have an Android box and simply want to use the stalker client on my laptop. I have tried updating it with my MAC address detailed inside of Kodi but also in settings on the PC and doing either gives me a "can't update Mac address" online? Is there something I'm forgetting or does this only work on Android boxes and not on the PC version of Kodi and Stalker? Thanks in advance for your help
