Gas Gauge Hangs (stalls) on NFPS Portal

After starting the nfps portal I get the "gas gauge" and it hangs. I've been able to watch iptv in the past, but now all I get is the gauge. I've updated firmware and still no-go. This has been going on for sometime now. Any ideas?

OK.. I read deep down in this forum to try this fix and it worked. Search your donation, change the MAC address to something else, save. Then search again, change back to correct address. THIS WORKED......
