There were problems yesterday. Many people reported issues.
I just tried it this morning. Stalker Client timed out after displaying the endless "Working"
I gave IPTV Stalker a try. The first channel I tried returned
h**p://Error 502: Bad Gateway (Never had that one before...)
The second channel I tried resulted in about 2 minutes of "Working" and then finally loaded.
Something is definitely still going on.

None of my boxes work, however both of my co-workers I turned on to IPTV said that their boxes are working fine right now, with zero issues. Something's wonky. Sounds like they're still trying to figure out how to get folks with fake MAC's removed, so that those of us that PAID still get our services. SMH.

Yup, I sometimes get that or "Stream failed to load" on Stalker Client and "authorization failure" on IPTV Stalker,, but the error messages change every few hours. The channels came back for a few minutes this morning and then down again with no return.

All the people who can't connect are reporting Authorization Failure errors.
Did you by any chance change your MAC address during the downtime?
The reason I ask is that after reading another thread in which a mod claimed that there was nothing wrong & that people should invest in a VPN or go through the cancellation process with their ISP & commit to a new contract with an alternative provider (!) which obviously wasn't necessary I changed my MAC address for one of my donations & the change was accepted. After the 22 hours downtime two of my boxes showed channels again but the third (the one which I'd changed the MAC on) showed Authorization Failure, but when I changed it back to the original MAC the channels showed once more after clearing cache & a reboot.

Is pretty hard to work on server without talking some peoples system down and there is no good time with the currant global audience now it seems some are up whilst others are down, should settle shortly then will just need a tickle to keep it strumming along nicely.

So, at the end of 52 hours, I decided to try changing the port and the Mac Address, as suggested by asft...
1. Port Change Successful
2. Mac Address Change Successful
3. Added the new Mac Address to both IPTV Stalker and PVR Stalker Client
3. Cleared Cache 5 times
4. Rebooted
5. Cleared Cache 5 times
The results...
IPTV Stalker - ITV Authorization Failure
PVR Stalker Client - Failure to obtain Stream
The exact same errors from before the port and Mac Address changes and from when the server issues began two days ago. The problem is at the NFPS server side, not at my end.
There was never an issue until 2 days ago when the servers went wonky, and the problems have persisted since that time.

Service has been up so the problem is on your end right now. From reading your post I see you said you changed ports when there is no port to change to, so that is probably your issue right there. Server for pvr client is 11.iptvprivateserver.tv and thats all. No port to add there. Cheers!

I did not change the port in IPTV Stalker nor in the PVR client. That is NOT the problem. The problem is at the server end!
The url in IPTV Stalker is h**p://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.
The url in PVR Stalker Client is h**p://11.iptvprivateserver.tv -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.
The MAC Address is valid and is linked to my order -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.
Nothing else is having any problem whatsoever. Everything else connects and works.

OK, hypothetically, if something is wrong at my end, what could it be? The MAC address is fine, my subscription is live and all of the portal details are the same as they were when I was able to pick up channels a few days ago.

if you cant get the seller to help then you cn try doing the above steps yourselfs going into donation checker and change mac and then go back in and change port.
insert the mac into the kodi addon stalker and it will work ive helped atleast 50 people today and its worked for all of them.

The MAC change does not work. I've tried several new MAC addresses (and back to my original working MAC) and even done this on different machines that I have Kodi loaded on. Every possible combination results in exactly the same error and authorisation failure.
'and change portal from there panel me' - I don't understand what you mean by this? Are you saying change the URL address on the portal settings in IPTV Stalker on Kodi? If so, to what? As I've said, I'm using the same URL I've been using for the last 6 months with no problems.

That didn't work for me, as you see in my former messages.
For those with issues, I got things working somewhat by hunt and peck. Previously, I was using IPTV Stalker 9.0.20 (iVue Guide friendly version) along with PVR Simple Client. Before the server issues, they both worked flawlessly. After the server issues, neither worked.
I decided to try enabling PVR Stalker Client. I just had to change to my new MAC Address. Everything else was set-up from before. On the initial start-up, the PVR Manager complained, "Unable to load channels." I disabled and re-enabled TV. The channels started loading. They loaded way slower than before, but they were loading. When I initially clicked a channel, I got the all too familiar error message, "Authorization Failure." I clicked again and the channel loaded. Other channels have subsequently loaded. I then pulled up PVR Stalker Client NFPS 0.8.3 and entered the new Mac Address. The rest was set-up from before. It also worked.
However, IPTV Stalker 9.0.20 doesn't work anymore. I really liked using it in conjunction with iVue Guide. PVR Simple Guide no longer works, but it leans on credentials from IPTV Stalker, so if IPTV Stalker isn't working, it somewhat stands to reason that it would not work. The portal and MAC Address are entered correctly, but both of those avenues produce the all too familiar Authorization Failure.
Beyond that, I can't use the IPTV Stalker add-on. When I try to click on the NFPS folder, I get an Authorization Failure. (Maybe an over-aggressive or poorly executed authorization protocol?)
I haven't proof read this so it may be a bit incoherent, but I wanted to get the information out so you can try to get things going if you're down. Post back and let us know if this route works so others can benefit.

It makes using iVue using more tedious, though, but good to know. Many of the IPTV Stalker clones are based on 9.0.19 or 9.0.20. A new, over-aggressive protocol could be misreading a harmless version as a clone version.

I haven't posted before on this as figured i would wait a couple of days while servers were sorted as per the Mods.
Tried it just now and was all good - for about 5 min. Now I am getting an empty string (") error instead of the usual Authorisation Failure.
Sigh.
Edit : rebooted and all ok now. Am on V9.0.19 with iVue. My original mac works fine too, Suggest people just wait a bit more.

I did the same thing and still getting authorization failure

If you're still down, did you try the steps I mentioned in a post a little after that? Also, what box are using and what method are you using to try to connect to the service?

You have a few posts on how to fix IPTV. I am using IPTV stalker 9.019, I am getting custom make error. Also I have read to use the older stalker which I cannot find. I am using a Amazon fire tv loaded with Kodi. It worked great until two days ago. I am also trying to get this to work on my tablet. Nothing is working.

A cut 'n' paste...

Again, try the recommendations I just offered. I know it's not exclusive to the Fire Stick and Fire TV, but I am seeing many with that configuration having issues.
For IPTV Stalker use portal.iptvprivateserver.tv (which I can't get working as you'll note in my write-up.)
For a PVR Client use 11.iptvprivateserver.tv

Your suggestion did not work for me.

I have iptvrocket. If I use the address mentioned above will it work for rocket account. The address your suggesting is for nfps.

I would use the PVR client address for Rocket, but follow the same steps. However, it might work. The worst you can do is try it and then change it to the appropriate address if it doesn't work.

I have had no issues at all other that a freeze every now and then but I expect that. I mainly use the PVR Stalker Client so I do not have all the freezing issues. As for the Stalker client, well this is my own modified version but it works as well. Now one thing to note is that if I use the Stalker Client and switch to the PVR Stalker, I get unable to load stream. I normally have to disable and re-enable the Live TV to reset the session key to make it work again. I also have to do this if I change boxes since I use the same MAC.
I have the same settings for both the Stalker Client and PVR Stalker.
Connection Timeout: 60
Stalker Client Server: http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv
PVR Stalker Server: 11.iptvprivateserver.tv
MAC: 00:1a:78:xx:xx:xx
Serial Number: Random numbers/letters
Device ID 1: Random numbers/letters
Device ID 2: Random numbers/letters
Signature: Random numbers/letters
Some things to try would be to uninstall the stalker client. Delete the \Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.stalker folder (location will depend on the device, see Kodi wiki). Install the one of the stalker clients posted here on the site and setup as above.

Same issue with the session key. If I switch to IPTV Stalker, a subsequent attempt to use PVR Stalker Client results in a failed stream, necessitating a disabling and re-enabling of Live TV.

What PVR Client are you trying to set-up? What information fields have you filled-out (e.g., Mac Address, etc)?

If you're in the same boat as me, all that is going to work is a PVR client, and not PVR Simple Client. (Check my recommendations.) IPTV Stalker is an IPTV add-on. That no longer works for me. There is a Stalker Client built into Kodi, named Stalker Client. It worked, as I related in the recommendations. Alternatively, you can download PVR Stalker Client NFPS 0.8.3 or 0.8.4. Currently, I'm watching TV using PVR Stalker Client.
11.iptvprivateserver.tv will be used in the PVR Client, not in IPTV Stalker.

Man, I don't know what's compatible. I don't want to hazzard a guess. Try rolling back to IPTV Stalker xxxx, as arnul said above. There's a chance that will work. Make sure send serial number is checked.
MitchL

I rolled back to IPTV Stalker 1.0.18 and it works. You must make sure Send Serial number is enabled, although you don't have to enter a serial number. A null (empty) serial number does the trick.
As I speculated yesterday, they've added a more aggressive authorization protocol. I'd speculate the iVue compatible versions of IPTV Stalker (i.e., 9.0.18 and 9.0.20) do not send a null serial number and are therefore rejected by the server, and we receive the dreaded "authorization failed" error message.
What an ugly, preventable journey this has been.
Hopefully, IPTV Stalker 9.0.2X can be rolled out quickly. All that would have to be added would be the ability to send a serial number, that being null for the time being. Therefore, those of us who have iVue in our arsenals can continue to use it.

Cant roll back i re-installed as recommended by one of the admins. I am so screwed, I wish there was a reliable service out there and with helpful moderators. This just ridiculous.
This is not correct. The server accepts MACs that do not have a serial number attached to it. It will reject MACs that have random serial numbers attached to it that don't match to what it had recorded. Please review the stickies on how to properly configure IPTV Stalker, and you won't have issues with authentication errors.
Closing this thread. IPTV is not down, and hasn't been. If you are having issues with "authentication" read the stickies, and properly configure your addons.
