epg is of either a few hours ahead or behind not sure anyone now how to fix

read this on another site,maybe worth a try for mag users.

For those who were having a time delay (time zone) issue with the EPG (mine was 4 hours behind), I just did this and it seemed to fix things:

1. go to Settings, Localization and change your time zone to a different time zone, in my case I changed to one that was behind by three hours (not sure if this choice makes a difference or not);
2. the box will force you to reboot;
3. go back in to the settings from 1. and change back to your actual time zone.

After I did this, my EPG was back in line with my local time zone. Not sure if it was all the resetting, or the menu change that 'kicks' it into the proper time zone, but it worked for me and I guess worth a try.
