not connecting to live tv

Is any one else not able to connect to live tv on tvonline? Got good internet connection, reset router and box and still not connecting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Most dn channels down same as on iks. Some movie channels up

ok did you load the mac address from the box first here read this http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?5987-Where-to-buy-and-what-to-do-once-you-do-it-Look-here and just to let you know think they are working on server too so i;m not getting to many channels

It was working fine the last two days. Only today will not get any channels. It keeps loading on every channel. The server connects and internet is fine. Everything else is working, other add-ons. MAC address fine also. What else can I do?
