MAC good but not associated to route:

Mag 254 stopped working about 3 days ago. Sent in request to 66-support. still no reply. Checked MAc# just now it isn't associated with any thing. Says good to go.???
Checking route no MAC showing. No Link to update MAC present. It was there when I went to IPTV. No has answered my support request.??? Have over 190 days remaining.
No link showing to update MAC. I have held pointer over the space that it was. Nothing. Can someone help. Perhaps get in touch with IKS66.

I suggest going to fta66.com and send a PM to one of their supermoderators regarding the issue. You might have bought a "iks only" donation by mistake, and the server guys may have just caught up with that.
