mag 254 stuck on loading

my mag 254 stuck on loading trid unpluging the box turrning off modern the hole 9 yards still stuck on loading i had 1 mag working got a new one today and left the cat 5 in while restarting the box to update and then i reset it to default it went into load now stuck on loading what to do

the cat 5 line that i was using with the other mag 254 box is not working with the new box.. am using the same line i only took it off and replace it with the new box and set it up but stay ing in load once i set it up
