changing channel problems ,

Every time I change channel on my m8,ott android box it's like it frezze,most time I have to exits from the st emulator n back in some channels only guide show up but no pictures , it stay frezze on the last chanel.how can I link it to the
Mx,player after I downloaded it.thanks for any help ,

first installa and run mxplayer.
from setting make sure you select hardware accelerators for network videos.
also i like to check android 4.0 compatible (depends what android you box is running)
go back in emulators and open menu with remote or from screen (depend on your box)
go to players and check external player instead of internal.
restart emulators.
