Mag 250 keeps resetting

Hi guys i need some help i am from the Caribbean got the service yesterday for my mag 250 but when i access certain channels or movies in the movie section like selfless the mag goes blank and stays dark until i press menu button the tv says no signal detected it happened three times in a row yet it is playing other movies just fine

That movie must be down then for some odd reason. Will most likely be back up soon.
