Mag 254 mac number locked

A friend cancelled his service and gave me his Mag254. I made another donation. My problem is when I attempt to link the mac number to my donation it says it already exist. I have e-mailed papiao.is asking them to clear the mac number from there system. No response as of yet. Does anyone have another way for me to contact them?

He has also sent an e-mail attempting to remove mac from his donation with no success. As far as having him change one number from the mac I'm not following you. You can't change the mac address in the 254

He needs to go to his donation and change one number not on the mag box

As I stated in my first post his donation is not active. He cannot access it to change the Mac address that is why I'm trying to get Papiao to respond.

Most likely there is a possibility he did not use any of the services we support here or he went through a re-seller.

on iks66 it says you can renew donation 2 months after it has expired, so they hang on to them a while it seems.
