First I want to thank the people behind this project that I think is a good one and it may be the future of TV. However, I still see the future far away from the present.

It's been almost 3 months since we started paying and we were told we would see some improvement. I've seen less freezing on some channels, but still some freezing and not to mention when there's a big PPV event that some people are able to watch while others are not able to.

I've also seen lot of channels added, nice for people from the east side of the world. For me, no Puerto Rico channels available at all.

Movies on channels 500's ? This could have stayed on VOD. The same thing.

Some TV series... Some people may like that. Others not.

Honestly, not to sound disrespectful for anyone here, but I bet most people think like me. I think we were expecting more by this far. Specially when we started paying 3 months ago and were told that at the end of 90 days the price would be higher and service improved.

Will say what I said several months ago... I rather have quality service over quantity of channels. So far... quantity is what I see.

YES, I know they are still working on this and that is a service which is still on diapers. And as I said, might be the future of TV. But so far... not even close.

Keep the good work and hope that future gets closer to the present soon.

I have noticed a huge improvement over the last 3 months. At first it was unwatchable on the west coast but for me there is a lot less freezing.

Hardly any improvement of USA channels added and the prices is going up in a couple days for a donation

10-4 that. Was hoping for what I was promised by Rocket. What I am getting is a totally different story. If your like me and have/had a web store, the emails are non stop. Wish I could forward all of them to Rocket so they could see how many unhappy customers they have on my end.

My donation is up for renewal med Dec and I must say i'm 50/50. Very disappointment with the freezing I have 300/150 most of the time and 75% of USA based channels are unwatchable. I hope they get this sorted out

When its time to renew, keep that in mind.
If you aren't happy, don't renew.
Personally for the price, I think its well worth it, troubles and all.
In the end, its your choice.
An occasional update from the server guys would be nice.

A once a month update message from the backend to the forums might shut up a bunch of complaints. Mods try and make this happen. I don't see why not... Cheers!

So far I like this service ! Its new and its getting better ! A few glitches here and there but in the long run we will all be happy with IPTV ! Keep up the good work !!

Oh it has got way better imo. A few hiccups along the way should always be expected. Not sure why some people don't understand that, but what can ya do? Haha 😎

You also have to factor value for price. Many other competitors charge double or more.

I know that this can be "the future" of tv. I know the price is cheap for the amount of channels and movies they have. But let's be honest once. Even when is good, is not as close as what they said. Charlie channel line up is not complete. We need higher speed to run smooth than the 3mbps they said at the beginning. The quality is good in just some channels... like, I'm latino, latino channels quality is not even good on most channels.

I would say this service is nice if you like movies and don't want to download, but I download movies when I want to watch them. Series I download them.

I've seen some improve in stability, but still some freezing and sometimes channels won't load. Not to mention that when PPV events comes in, the server saturates and fail. It was proven twice already. Next month is the big Cotto - Canelo boxing fight. Are they ready for that?

I thank CaptainKangaroo for mailing the admin about it. Would be nice to have updates on how the service is going and what are they working in. Specially when now we are paying and the pay will increase tomorrow.

Thanks for the good work. I appreciate what they are doing. Just maybe I would expect more communication and better rate of improvement, and I know the majority here thinks the same way.
