No program working

When I choose either tv program or a movie from VOD, all I get are black screens. Can someone tell me how to get programs to come in. I am connected to internet and ethernet, both are enabled. Have the main menu. Have tried rebooting system and and rebooting the box several times but nothing still.

Yes I did. It had been working, but when I turned it on 2 days ago it was as I said in post one. It automatically downloaded the new r18. My subscription is still good. It expires in March 2016
