No. Only your internet speed would. The faster the Upload the better the quality.

Infomir wiki page has a list of working adapters. Paid 8 bucks for mine on eBay. Bought 3 of them just in case!

Anything over 10 MBPS is best for HD Quality Picture when streaming.
