Freezing

Lots of freezing the.last 2 or 3 days. Definitely not watchable. Internet speed ok. Any suggestions. Using a mag 250.

A lot of FREEZING Here also....it has been like that for a few days now.I do not know what seems to be the problem.I sent email to my subscription server,but never got any REPLY Back.Not very good Service as far as I am concerned,take your money and then forget about you.

I have yet to watch any program or movie on this system because of the freezing. This is a buffering problem and should be addressed by Rocket provider. if anyone has a good response for Mag 254 shre info as to how to deal with this freezing problem. Thanks in advance.

65mbs have amazon stick 254 mag freezing always since paid service never froze when free whats different

Yes it freezes all the time on all channels.

I have only been on rocket for 36hrs.

150mbps download speed in Canada. Using an Android M8 (S802) on stalker client.

Every other streaming service I use runs fine...Except Rocket.

Not too impressed with the claims made when I paid for the service.

Trust me, I would love to know what you are doing that I am not.

Anyone know why would every other streaming service on xbmc be streaming fine in hd 100% of the time? But not iptv stalker on rocket? It buffers all the time. I would certainly like to figure this out. Anyone?

for one thing you could try using pvr stalker client rather than the built in vid stalker. I ask that you refrain from knocking the service til you've done some reading and seen how folks have overcome some of their probs, there is a wealth of info here...enjoy..:cool:

ive had same problems but I think they will work it out im sure if not I guess next year the sub will go down I have yet been able to turn on a chan leave it on all night get up next day and it not be froz but for what I paid its not bad I found big 10 network it was sport 1 wich is odd but hell it works

Some channels, like RT or RT Documentary work without freezing. Some, like AHC, BEIN Sport are unwatchable due to freezing.

Where are you located? i'm at DR and this last week i haven't had any freezing at all. Try using opendns as i did. - 10Mb down/ 1Mb up

There are 100s of reasons that freezing can occur. Some simple solutions are : 1. Reboot your device by completely powering it down, unplug it and then cycle the power switch while being unplugged to deplete the power in the capacitors. 2. Reboot your modem and your router by completely powering them down just like your STB. 3. Change your cat5 cable between your device and your router. If you are using wifi, move your STB closer to your router to help improve a week signal. 4. Check the QOS settings of your router making sure that your STB has an unlimited connection. 5. If are getting freezing during peak hours conduct a speed test with a connected computer just to make sure you are getting the speeds you are paying for. 6. If you are using KODI do some reading on how to modify your cache settings. I hope this helps some of you! One final word. If everyone is having freezing then the problem is with the IPTV service as can happen from time to time, but if others are reporting all is well, I would assume that the problem is on my end.

That´s the theory but I found that most of the buffering or freezes are not on my end like I mentioned in other part of the forum.

And no buffering issues at all or any problem in any of the channels that are working. Of course that list comes with few channels but they are working without buffering or freezes that completes my suspicious that is a problem of the rocket TV not my side."

I have 2 hours and half looking that public add-on without any buffering problem. If I connect IPTV of rocket the party of buffering begins.

Seems like when Man Utd game started to play on NBCSN started to freeze, later after it ended the freeze was not there, maybe bz there was alot of people watching? I use IPTV Stalker on TVMC 14.2
