no sound in my vixo2

can someone help out, i got my vixo 2 yesterday so set it up and everything is good except for the sound .i dont have sound in everything, i got all the picture but no sound.

had this same issue with vixo2.
I even sent it back to avov and they looked at it. No issues they found. Got it back and no sound.
So I bought a HDMI hub and all works now.
That HDMI hub was expensive.. but worked.
it is my TV that is the culprit, cause I take same vixo2 to another TV and works good, audio and all.
