Mag 254 wil not load portal

I was watching tv last night and started losing channels. One by one they went black then nothing. I tried loading the portal and I get stuck with a black screen at the point where I should have the blue screen and the candy cane with the yellow bar.

I have tried rebooting, changing the Mac address on the site and every kind of reboot of my router and computer system I can think of. My donation is good for another 259 days. Any suggestions?

I figured it out after lots and lots of reading. The software on the Mag had got corrupted. I ended up reloading the latest update from the manufacturer which created another problem when it crashed while updating. I ended up using a usb stick and loading the software from it and then I had an invalid format error. I traced that down to the output of the Mag not matching the T.V.. I resolved that and am now watching t.v. again.

I had issues last night loading the portal as well. Inner portal worked fine. This morning, all is good. I unplugged my Mag overnight, and it was running fine this morning. I am wondering if there is a bug in r12?

Most likely could had been a server issue.
