I'm not talking about Kodi sorry. I'm saying that I get this message with a MAG254. What does that mean? The Live TV works but not the videoclub.

don't have mine hooked up now, don't have a donation for it. If you look way back in the archives I posted a solution to this prob, just a matter of changing a setting but I don't want to tell you wrong. I'll try to access my menus later tonite and post, meanwhile you can search for that old post..sorry

Thanks. I looked in some other posts. Some people said to do a factory reset and some others said that they the VOD service was under maintenance but these are old posts. Since my MAC addresse is OK and my Live TV is working (with lots of freezing but anyway) I would go for the second option. My guess would be that it's under maintenance since it used to work for me yesterday. Is it working for some people now?
I must say that I can see the list of movies but whenever I click on a movie, I get the message "File missing".

I checked all the threads you started since 12-12-2014 and didn't see anything sorry. The only thing I have found is this thread here: http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?4432-Vod
I'll try the numerous clicks trick to see what happens.
The fix for me is simple. When I get that error message, I just reload the portal.

Tried that many times, same results for me. Actually, this is what I always do when problems occur.
