Channels are down... Fix them please

I don't know how often they check this thread for channel issues. There is an area specifically reserved for posting channel issues. It is in the IPTV Private Servers area just below this section and is labeled Channel Issues.

I don't think they read a thing. I always like the excuse that its a security think as to why they don't respond. Not buying it as they speak when they want to.

SHOCKING is very easy to see your servers cannot handle the volume of traffic on them i.e itv UK rugby sound going off, freezing picture this the same all the time at peak times, and its like this for all customers as i know someone who has stopped selling this due the the poor services in in canary islands to so you say its ok this side is crap and you know it,you have $745 i paid for 20 only sold 5 and now left with 15 cause i will not sell this crap. shocking reply

P.S save your bandwidth get rid of films and the porn channels as films you can get them anywhere in kodi free, porn is there to, live channel reliability is more important i would think to keep customers happy

Ive been doing KODI Setups for 3 years now and was thinking about becoming a reseller.... The past 2 weeks of testing this out ! NO WAY I don't need the headache !

I think the problem stems from more than just porn channels and on-demand movies. When NFPS/Rocket was IKS it was a North American service concentrated on DN and limited to a specific satellite footprint, therefore there were relatively few users. IPTV has expanded this worldwide, as is reflected by the multitude of channels from all over the globe in many languages. This has increased viewers (and profits) no doubt exponentially and we're seeing the fallout via insufficient server capacity. If IPTV focused on channels limited to DN, BEV, and those from the UK there would no doubt be far less strain on the servers since the customer base and number of channels would be that much more limited in scope.

Profits are addictive however so there's no going back now. Hopefully some of those profits can be used accordingly for server upgrades.

I thought they where using Charlie aka Dish Network for channels from IKS I guess not I had several channels showing Direct tv screen saver floating around ! from someones DVR So I am guessing there are using Sling boxes from different locations. That's why they have so much trouble with channels dropping off !

As long as I have been using my boxes, Mag and AVOV, Saturday has been the day that they do their tweaking and maintenance, and this is for your viewing pleasure. They need time to take things offline to clear cache add more servers where demand is high and update software. Please do not be so critical of the service on Saturdays, it only improves through what they do.

Last I checked this is Sunday and not Saturday unless I gained a day somewhere. Saturday..yesterday it was working almost perfectly. Today its working like crap.

I used to work in a factory and from time to time they scheduled annual shut downs. Most went smoothly, but on occasions, when repairing or upgrading something, they discovered damaged things that needed extra time to repair. On occasion these shut downs went several days longer than expected. The same can be the case here. It can even take a week to correct.

It would help if we got official communication from NFPS on what the real problem is regarding the poor performance by many of the channels. i.e freezing and buffering. From a consumer perspective, we are forced to assume it is bandwidth limitation. Suggestion. We don't need 700+ buffering channels. We would gladly take 60 Live TV Channels that work like clock work within limitations of currently available bandwidth. Cummon NFPS take our feedback on board, we are behind you!

Last I heard maintenance was on Sunday. I think people paying for a service deserve to know what plan is in place to correct problems stated in different threads with channels not working, no new channels, freezing etc??

Hackers are back thanks to Soloman and IPTV stalker stealth pro, I own Donation and thought this mess was all fixed up. I tested IPTV Stalker Pro on my Kodi box and I could get all the channels streaming for free. So with people like Soloman and his 60k subs hitting the server plus others posting on twitter,Facebook and YouTube yes you are going to get freezing. Time to removed Kodi support and just support mag150 etc boxes.

So what you're saying is that if NFPS would have 60k more subs the channels would freeze? The problem with the freezing is at server level and not because of these hacks that last 2 days at best. The server people don't want to address the issue and had mentioned a resolution by october which obviously hasnt happened. Lack of communication is what irrates most people when it comes to this service. The mods here get fed almost no info so of course, they have no answers for us.

I don't know how things are for everyone else, but the channels are operating the best that I've seen to date. There's only been a second or two of buffering for the entire day. Hopefully, this is a sign of things to come.

No mate . that's not the solution. Kodi is the way of the future. I think NFPS has this one covered. Anyone using illegal mac doesn't last more than 2 days. All they need to do is strengthen their systems against this
