Code stopped working

I made a $65 donation for an nfps iptv code on July 20 on iOffer. Not the most expensive but it was right up there. The vendor was helpful to get me started as I had just come off the trial. The code stopped working about two weeks ago. When I checked its validity I got the message: "Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Donation expired a long time ago." It was good for 365 days when I entered my mac address. I contacted the vendor and he has not helped me. It is as if the code got deleted. Can someone please help me.

only person that can help you is the seller you bought from. We don't support resellers and don't recommend anyone to buy from them. Next time you will know better

Why do you buy from scammers , not from the service provider ?
Drink one cold water and buy new codes of some of the proven sellers/suppliers directly.

Sorry but it appears as if you bought from a reseller and per the policy of this site, you must deal with them. Neither IPTV Talk or any of the the providers ie: NFPS, Rocket, or Sat66 support anything that they did not sell direct to each user.

Sorry to say it but if your reseller "can not or will not" help, then you might just be out the $$'s. Note I bought mine direct from NFPS $150 for two routes. thought it was and is a good deal.

I do not believe it is the reseller who deleted my code from the system. The code was working fine. It was valid for 365 days from the day that I bought it. It now doesn't even exist. Someone deleted it. It could only be someone from nfps. How can the reseller help with this? iptvprivateserver.is sells codes to resellers. Who is supposed to buy them if I am not supposed to buy it from them? Does anyone know what has happened to my code or how I can find out what happened to my code? Geez, I sell computers to clients. I do not manufacture them. The manufacturers still support their product. If you don't want to deal with clients that have bought from resellers, why does nfps sell to resellers?

No. If you buy more then 15 donations you get a reseller panel that give you control over all accounts and only you have access to the donations bought, not any donation database.

You don't ever buy something from someone you don't know? That is ridiculous. I feel sorry for you if that is the way you are. If I didn't buy things from people that I did not know, I would have almost nothing. And why should I trust iptvrocket.is any more than a seller at iOffer who must have bought the code from iptvprivateserver.is in the first place. Again, I don't believe the reseller deleted the code from the system. I believe iptvprivateserver.is deleted the code. I would like to know why. I was directed here by folcan99 from ftabeta. He said someone here would be able to help me. I seem to get nothing but hostility.

I think when my service started, it became a legitimate donation. Someone made my code vanish. I do not believe the reseller made it vanish. Could someone explain how that would be possible.

In your case I would contact reseller for a refund and return the box, you could do a charge back if necessary. I certainly hope you didn't use paypal..

#1: There has been absolutely NO hostility here unless it was displayed by yourself. WE DO NOT SUPPORT RESELLERS, that is the official policy. This is whom you need to take your problem to. All everyone is trying to say is TALK TO YOUR RESELLER or SELLER. If I buy a product from Walmart and have a problem with it I go back to WALMART, not Target, not walgreens, not some other place. We have no control over your purchase here, go where you bought it.

I'm sorry but I set up my account. I went to papiao.is/main/search_nfps and put in my mac address. That is when it said my code was good for 365 days. I have the code but it has been wiped out of the system.

you just linked your mac to an existing acct. your reseller has the original email addy used to purchase donation, YOU DON'T, it's this email you need to communicate with papaio..along with the order #

Thank you for your response. If you punched in code at papioa the answer it gives is "Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Donation expired a long time ago." It stopped working ten days ago and before that it was valid until June 20, 2016. It would not be disappeared if it just expired and I would be able to renew it if it had just expired. It is a valid code as when you enter a made up code it lets you know it was not valid. Anyway, I found out that I can email nfps directly. I sure hope they can help. I thought you guys represented them and would be able to solve my dilemma. I also know that I am not alone and since May this is becoming a common occurrence.

Thank you and all the others that did help. I think a simple answer would have been to deal directly with nfps as you don't have access to account information. But also, if codes are disappearing like mine and others it would be wise for the companies to get to the bottom of it as I will never buy another donation if this isn't resolved satisfactorily. I had my satellite code disappear in May but the reseller immediately provided a new one. Anyway, I will not be back to this post. I consider it closed.

Had the same happen to me lol your reseller cancelled your code (reset it ) so it could be used again, big pill to swallow but do it and move on Nothing can be done if reseller is unwilling to help :confused:

Oh actually another thing that could have happened is that the reseller had some iks codes already running and was able to get iptv access for the remaining time left on those codes. When the iks code expired, so did his iptv access. Hence the message he gets as not a valid code.

The reseller bought the account then resold it to you and maintained control. They are able to easily change the details therefore your search will bring up nothing afterwards. It is unfortunate that they did that to you. If they sold to you for $65 they are simply buying a few donations and by the sounds of it reselling the same account over and over again luring people in with the cheaper price.
