Genesis has a new feature where you can download a movie for viewing at a later date. But, I have not tried it to see where it stores the file or what format it is in. At this time it can be played back in Genesis, and in the news threat I read, it can be downloaded with dial up.

Inaddition to Genesis I also found that Phoenix, and Movie 25 also have that feature. You just need to go into the config and tell the service where to send the download. I tried it with Genesis and Phoenix and it works great on the AVOV vixo2 box to a usb stick. It saves it in mp4 format and the file can be played with the other services that allow downloads. So you are not restricted to only that player. Any player that can play the mp4 format will work.
