when my avov tvonlne starts freezing bad the only way to make it better is to unplug box and motum not one or the other but both does any one here think it will eventually damage anything doing this and also i don't see a on off switch on my box should there be one thanks for any help

If you can access the modem or router thru the UI most will have a reboot option in the admin tab.
