sound out of synk

hi everyone i'm having trouble with my new
avox2 i tried to resolve on my own .my box is bad
out of synk if i try to watch a show on 1channel app.
i did a factory reset and i've tried wireless and hard wired
with the same result.my avov1 plays them fine.
the video looks like it's on fast forward but the sound ain't

yeah i uninstalled and reinstalled and then reset the whole box

yes 1channel is bad they need to fix it send them a ticket and let them know for avov2 box they are working on the server

You can run 1 channel through KODI or TVAddons. Both have a video/audio sync tool. Apparently that is a big problem with streaming. One movie I was watching, I had to re-sync the sound 8 times during the movie and at final was more that 6 seconds off sync. That is the worst but I have had quite a few. Because of this I do not try to use any AVOV apps that can be found in KODI. Also, in my opinion that made both the AVOV TVonline and the VIOX 2 twice as valuable as not having these apps (KODI and TVAddons). Even without the stalker middleware, these boxes would be worth the price asked.
