blue screen

friend has a mag 254 and all he gets is a blue screen
it says tftp load _______________________
he tried going in to bios with no effect any one has this same problem

go in to bios change boot mode to nand exit save

it wont let him do any thing how do he get out of the blue screen?
he tried unplugging it and pressing menu no luck every time he plug it up goes to blue screen saying loading
