Can't pay IPTV at web site

Anyone know what's up, I go to the NFPS web site and try to pay them to upgrade existing IKS accounts for IPTV and I just can't seem to pay them. I enter all the information and the final conformation screen never appears, so how do I accomplish this? I've tried using 2 different Visa cards one being pre paid.

must be international card if in usa other then that it should work

It's just a regular debit card, Green dot, what a waste of time, I doubt they sell them at my local Walmart.

like i said if in the usa must be international card if in usa canada you can go to post office to get card and it works

I.went to the bank bought a pre paid Visa card good for international and I still can't get it to work, I sent them an email I hope they answer.

When you activate a prepaid card you must also tell them for international use as well.

I specifically told them that, after the first time I tried I called the issuer and asked if it was good and they said it was, they also said it was,t declined so IDK. I do see a Papiao URL at the top but the page doesn't load and I don't get an email. All freakin day with this, I'm fed up.
