avov vixo 2 freezing

im new to this site but i love it, i did lots of reading about the new box just got avov vixo2, my problem i have lots of freezing, not sure if its my internet is too slow or its from the other side, any recommendations will be appreciated.
also i was wondering if i may request some lebanese channels? or what is the procedure to do so? channel numbers : 641 650 653 652.

As for freezing, its hit and miss. Some are seeing good results and others are complaining of freezing.
This is still relatively new and is still being improved upon.
Hang with it and read up on what others have tried.
