No I search my donation number and it says active for another 324 days. I didn't use a reseller I bought from rocket. I was just watching fines.

Ya the same thing is happening to me we were told our rocket donation would run both iptv and iks now they want 47.00 dollars more for my 2 donations this is ridiculous and I tried to pay it and it won't go through so I don't know what's going on

It wants me to put my credit info and when I do it tells me 47.00 dollars for 2 upgrades after I put my donation and Mac it tells me also my days are. Full

That's because on fta beta they had said we could link the Mac to get both so I thought it didn't matter so the ? Now is what can we do about it both codes cost the same I don't run iks no more I switched all my tvs to iptv so I. Hope you can help us my father has 2 codes and I have 2 codes thx

actually if you look they don't cost the same. And if you read it it said any one with iks before July 15 can link there mac to there donation not after.
What i would suggest is for you to email them your info and tell them you bought the wrong one and i'm sure they can fix it for you

If the upgrde went through i would suggest you snap a picture of your device label of your mac and email it to them with your recent order info.
