hi all question how/who do we see to convert the donations # for mac addy

Hi guys I'm trying to get my people set up with the iptv system and I would like to start moving my accounts from IKS to the IPTV with rocket,, I did buy a iptv box got it all loaded Now myself as a testers I tried every thing I can think of even paid for an update on 1 of my accounts I'm using for testing, I have not got a mac address with that account, papiao sent me to zeta, and it seem like they don't know how to get or convert iksrocket donation username/pass #, to a mac #, I used a friend mac address that he has I have no problems linking on with that mac address, who or how do I convert the iksrocket # to the IP mac address,,

I been at this for almost 2 month, youtube only goes so far,,
