i'm watching ppv without one hiccup but other channel yes some not working or i do get freeze look give them time i;m sure all this will be fixed in do time its really not that ez takes time

The problem is that they are never watchable at any giving time since I got my vixo2, to me the service is lousy, not only that but some buttons of the remote they do nothing, like the recall, that is suppose to return to the previous channel. sorry.

I gave the donation to watch mostly the TV Globo International It lately has been freezing a lot and today it is not working at all I wonder if it is really reliable... not like this... Cmon get to work and fix it!!!!!

Not only is service lousy but there are no announcements on the service status or any costumer support whatsoever , all we get is these guys on the forum saying that there service is working great and the problem is with our isp provider.Let it be heard that the whole system buffers!! Not only one channel or two its all channels for five hours straight or more. I am making videos of how bad the system buffers . I will share the link to the videos at the end of the week so then MAYBE just maybe they will do something about it before they amp up the price of the donation. In all honesty you cant resell this system nor can you have it as a personal sort of entertainment . In the last two months the only changes i have seen is new channels being added , but what is the point of adding new channels wen u cant watch them. Still hoping for change

Ok let me explain a bit here. This is live TV and the EMUs, Mags and Stalker client have no way of doing any buffering. Any small disruption in the stream will cause the player to pause. This can be an issue with the servers or the internet it's self and is hard telling. Now if your using Kodi with the PVR Stalker client then there is a way to make adjustments to stop most of these issues you are seeing. This will not fix it completely but will prevent the small disruptions/frame drops from causing the player to pause and that is the major cause of these issues, it is the small disruptions and not the bigger ones. The bigger disruptions will cause the player to pause regardless.

As you can tell by some of my other posts I'm not very happy with the service, to me they basically stole my 80 bucks this service isn't worth paying for all the while our time is ticking down. Since paying for this service I haven't been able to watch one full show without it freezing and I'm running 50mbps. I can watch other programs on xbmc without any buffering so I know it's not my Internet but iksprivateserver you can have that $80 you fooled me once but never again!!

you need to closely investigate where your service is getting bottle-necked, this could be a router, modem or both; there are many reasons for this occurring. But also be aware there are no handcuffs or chains on you so feel free to leave at any time...:cool:

Well I agree Kool ! I did look into that ! My modem and router was like 2 years old so I replaced both and even upgraded my internet speed. After that the service worked great with no freezing for only 1 day then the ice cream truck showed up ! LOL ! Anyway I have read some post where some guys have fast fiber optic internet speed and they get freezing aswell ! Just wondering if TiniBlax is getting freezing also ? He doesn't post much on the issues ! LOL

you see Tinie as much as I do. Your internet speed has nothing to do with finding bottle-necking issues and they aren't caused exclusively by modem/routers...

I have a avov tvonline I am working on for my brother I run it at my house my provider is providing 5Mbps
I take it to his house hardwired to his router his provider is providing at 2.5 Mbps hook it up and nothing but freezing
bring it back home works fine run mine and his both at the same time here with no issues at all on wifi
you tell my is it the tvonline or his internet set up

If you did and you saw no improvement then you have other issues.

One big thing that will cause big issues is improperly setup torrent software on the same network. This will eat up your bandwidth very fast if you are running default settings.

30 mbps download speed, and not many issues at all.

Small bit of freezing, but for sure watchable.

I have a magic jack attached to my router and from time to time my AVOV starts a lot of buffering and freezing. I can check the magic jack and it is the cause of the problem. I reset the magic jack and the router and the modem and 90% of the time the problem is solved. But understand the line quality between you and your local hub can cause noise to cause buffering. Anyway, the noise can nullify the fastest of speeds.

Ok, it is 5 pm just finished work on my way home . Going to have dinner with my son and wife after that i will have a shower and then i am going to sit down on my couch and turn on my stalker client and hopefully i will get to watch ine hour of freeze free investigation discovery
