22 channels

Hi everyone,
I got a MyGica 1800 a few weeks ago. I took an embarrassingly long time to get it running but I did. I had 800 some odd channels and thing ran as well I could have hoped. Shortly thereafter I was down to 67 channels, although there was still something to watch. I thought things would come back on there own, which did happen once or twice. Couple of days ago I had 22 channels, and they were all kids shows. I am frantically pressing buttons and changing things back and forth to no avail.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am hoping somebody recognizes this and can set me on course to get channels back.
I am a ROCKET customer and have 222 days left. It is frustrating as it was working well and now they are not. ;-(

You are talking about the portal options in stalker client? Portal one is the one I am using.

check if you have not selected a category by mistake such as "kids" instead of "all channels". :)
