I purchase a VISA Debit Card and tried to donate $80 a few minutes ago on IKS66.com.
It tells me that the Transaction not permitted on card, and to use a different card?
What's the problem here? Why is not accepting my card?
I used the card to make purchase on Amazon and it went fine! :-(
Very disappointed!
Please help!

The card has to be valid for international transactions. You may be able to call the issuer and have them approve the transaction. If you are located in the USA you can thank homeland security for this. It deters money laundering.

Anyone figure out a good payment method where you dont need to provide personal info? I also bought a Prepaid $80 VISA card and got the "Transaction Not Authorized" message. Im in U.S. but I had no idea that I could not make a purchase internationally. Please PM me if anyone has a suggestion. Now I see why so many U.S people are scammed into buying overprices boxes with pre-registered IPTV service(and preinstalled Kodi) that had little time remaining.
