hi guys
I got my vixeo 2 this week, very easy set up i must say.
Rocket was working for the first 2 days, now for the last 3 days it will not connect to server. I did not change any setting, and didnt see any posts of server problems
tv online is 1.58
i tried uninstalling and reinstalling it
verified mac address and still no go with connection
all other apps work great no issues
please help

Servers up and has been... Try relinking your mac to your donation. Then reboot n all should be fine.

i tried that
i get MAC address already in use, and same results
I have 2 donations, and i have the same results

Change to different mac and then back to the yours

I had the same problem when I entered the mac with caps. Changed to lower case and it took!

it will not let me change it back to the correct MAC address, says already in use
this is frustrating. can someone from rocket contact me to reset mac address or who do i email

Are you trying to put the mac address in with upper case or lower case. Reverse the case!

did you you switch them by accident maybe thats why you cant get on

i was connected up and running for 2 days. Then server would no longer connect
so i tried as recommended, and change mac address to something different and then switch it back. now here i am, and cant put back proper mac address as rocket site states mac address already in use.
I need it reset or tell me how to change my mac address
I have email rocket twice, and still no response

Change the case you used and try again. There seems to be a fluke with the case! That worked for me!

guys it not the uppercase lower case as i have tried it

i had it set up and working for 2 days from day 1 then it died
Im a neubie but that much of a nuebe

in very frustrated as no one is readibg the thread, and just wants to post replies
short of posting my mac address, it DOES"T work
it needs to be reset by rocket, and they dont respont to my emails
i have 2 donations

1 Vixeo2
IPTV will not connect to rocket server because it says my MAC is ALREADY IN USE
sorry but im very frustrated as it has been a week or more, and have got no where
