IKS question

Hello I made the donation to rocket project and all is ok. I just have a some questions:

1.-On the email subscription I see "IKS Server" with a list of a lot of servers and the same to "PORTS" there are a lot of ports that I guess there are the equivalent for each "IKS Server" that correspond. Now the question is all that "IKS Servers" are included in the "IPTV Portal" for rocket IP I configured on stalker and that actually are running so nice? Or how can I access to that "IKS Servers" because I would like to have some of the "IKS Servers" mentioned there running.. I saw on stalker Portal 2, Portal 3 a do son tabs. In that other tabs must be configured the "IKS Servers" with same MAC ID username and password of my email donation? O pr where are included or I can call that "IKS Servers?

2.-On the channels is possible have closed captions? I see the Kodi has closed captions if you enable that option. I have enabled but until now I don't see how to make appear on stalker IPTV. Or maybe are note supported closed captions on rocket project?

IKS is for Sattellite receivers nothing to do with iptv. Second question, no. Server side setting.
