View Full Version : VIXO1 not connecting to TV online server

I have a VIXO 1 that will stay on the "Barberpole" stripe while connecting to TV online server. Free channels load and run good. Dream TV also runs good. Donation and MAC address verified at Papiao donation dashboard (new donation 364 days left). What to do? I have other boxes working OK.

I went back to the dashboard and found out that the MAC number was not there. I re entered the mac number and it was solved. Strange, never happened before. I have 5 boxes working.

we have few updates coming out for vixo 1 also. We still support it even tho its not discontinued. if you find bugs please report them at http://bugs.avov.tv and click vixo 1 as a product.

Can you please put in an option to change the MAC address? I am having an issue with TVonline not connecting because the mac already exists in the database. If the MAC address can't be changed then I will not buy any other hardware because the MAC addresses are being blocked with the MAC already exists message. I just bought the box in May, and now I am unable to use TVonline. MOD here said I am SOL.
The MAC address can be changed easily in Kodi.

mod didnt say sol need to take a picture of mac address and send the info to the provider you have they will fix it and sidewinderd you are high jacking a thread
