Why are ITV 3. ITV Encore and Fox UK down for a month and still not fix

Why are ITV 3 (Channel 80) ITV Encore (Channel 109) and Fox UK (Channel 134) down for a month and still not fixed . I reported these channels down numerous times but received no correspondence. Thanks in advance and please can we get these channels up and running as soon as possible:mad:.
