View Full Version : Need help Mag 254 not downloading channels

This is my second IPTV sub the first one I had a problem with user name and e-mail not matching as I was trying to get info or giving the mac address to papio now same thing occurring and also as the first time no channel download occurring.
This problem was fixed quite rapidly by giving my mac address in private PM to a kind gentlemen mod.
Could someone please help as my set up is the same as the previous one, it just took a mod to fix the problem at papio's end
My first sub works fine and am using the same wired set up on the troubled one and it does not download

What mod took your mac address? Because I doubt that happened.

I am not going to start a pissing match with members here this was a direct purchase this happen on my first direct purchase also I have e-mails and donation # this was a PM directed at a helpful mod. I do not need any other comments then constructive ones. I did not get any response yet, I will be patient although my sub is wasting days of viewing.

KOOlKatT what am I to do with this issue to be able to get programming, I have now sent my mac# via e-mail to Rocket. I have done everything as usual but nothing is coming in as channels (no tv) Very satisfied with Rocket IPTV, it is that when subscribing I have these occurring problems, I do not see where I am not doing it correctly.

OK I am in business, I thank who ever did this, it could be me by changing my mac # to the same one if not me I thank whoever.

first I would get hold of the mod you pm'd, I would also check my CC issuer to see if charges went through, I don't know that they need your mac but they will need all your order info when you go to seller

I am now OK since the last 30 minutes I asked to have my mac# changed but I used the same one and that worked or else a mod helped. I thank you for paying attention to my requests and for giving information on how to correct the situation. I see that there are some members here looking for unrest or conflict without knowing full issue, they are absolute useless.

Never looking for conflict. You stated that a mod helped you HERE and that was not the case.

OK thanks, the Rocket site sent me to their now IKS site on my first problem. For the second IPTV sub problem, which was the same as the first, I pushed the IPTV button and that sent me to this site. This was very confusing, I noticed that the mod that helped me on the IKS site even tough I was asking for IPTV help at the time, is also on this site. He was very helpful.
