Yeah my neighbor has cut my hair forever, She has a sign on the door, (STOP no one can enter without permission, When you get here if you have appointment call and let us know you are here we will come get you when we are ready. Walkins call and we will let you know what to do. Next to that sign there is another sign NO ONE with a fever can come in, NO ONE who is sick can come in. DO NOT come in if you may have been exposed to anyone who has been sick no matter what from. No one can come in but those being seen by our employees.) They take your temp before you go in and if you don't have a mask and gloves they hand you one and you put them on before you enter the station room. I keep masks because of doing painting and sanding. I am down to the last box though. I keep all of them clean and disinfect them if they need it with either Hydrogen peroxide vapor, or ultraviolet. Some I am using to Mow and sand I blow off and out gently to prolong their life, for the out and abouts though If they get a sneeze or cough it is time to trash them. Still got coffee, going to bed early tonight hoping to sleep till early light and get back on schedule.

With growing fears of the Coronavirus, everyone has been a little more cautious about the spread of germs in recent days. Perhaps you have even thought to politely ask your fellow commuter to cover their mouth when coughing but feared that they may take offence.

Physical contact that occurs in the ordinary course of everyday life, such as accidentally nudging someone on a crowded bus, does not amount to assault.

But is it a criminal offence for someone to intentionally cough or sneeze at you?

A common assault under section 61 of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW)can be established by proving that a person intentionally or recklessly:

Made physical contact with another person (sometimes referred to as battery); or
Caused another person to apprehend immediate and unlawful violence

without consent and without a lawful excuse.

In the case of DPP v JWH, the accused was taken into custody at Mount Druitt Police Station when he tried to make a run for it. A police officer grabbed the accused and put him back in the dock when the accused spat at the officer’s face and shoulder. The Court found that the accused had committed the offence of assault as the spit had made physical contact with the police officer. It is important here that the accused had the intention to actually spit at the police officer.

Therefore, in principle, coughing or sneezing may be treated in the same way as spitting if bodily fluids make contact with another person. Alternatively, it may also be an assault if no contact is made but the person intentionally or recklessly causes another person to fear that such contact would be made.

In practice, such an act is unlikely to be charged. However, it’s best to be safe and avoid sneezing or coughing on others!"

Nothing much has changed as We are a small community... there is only 2 Disabled Parking Spots out front and both were taken one with a vehicle angled in and the other one straight in with motor running... No Placard Visible and No designated Plate on the back...

Meanwhile inside the store a lady was seen going about her business w/o a mask... The Front Glass has Signs stating : "No Mask No Entrance"... doesn't matter as there are always Some who are too good to do "What is Right"..!

Remember... A Cough and Sneeze can Travel quite a few Feet and spread over a good sized area.. Even Talking w/o wearing can Spread Germs...!

June 10, 2020 - Public health officials have reported an increase in new coronavirus cases in 19 states, prompting some states to activate emergency plans, according to CNN.

Arizona's state health director sent a letter to hospitals that urged them to “fully active” their emergency plans, according to AZ Central. Hospitals should also prepare for crisis care and delay elective surgeries if they have a shortage of hospital beds or staff, according to the letter.

For the second day in a row, the number of new coronavirus cases reported in Florida over a 24-hour period topped 2,000 on Sunday. That total bolstered concerns that the state could be in for a large surge of new infections amid ongoing protests, the gradual reopening of Florida’s businesses and fatigue by many members of the public over maintaining social distancing guidelines.

An additional 2,016 new coronavirus cases reported over a 24-hour period — from Saturday’s morning report to Sunday’s update from the Florida Department of Health — brings the state total of recorded infections to 75,568. It was the 12th consecutive day the number of newly reported cases in Florida has surpassed 1,000 in a 24-hour period.

Sunday’s caseload was the second-highest single-day increase reported by the state’s Department of Health since it began publicly tracking coronavirus cases on March 1. The highest single-day surge came just the day before, with 2,581 new cases reported Saturday.

But for the first time this month, the number of deaths attributed to the virus over the same 24-hour period remained only a single-digit number: six. None of those six deaths occurred in the seven counties that make up the Tampa Bay area, according to the state health department.

Those fatalities bring Florida’s death toll to 3,022, which includes 91 non-Florida residents.

The number of positive patients being hospitalized also took a nosedive on Sunday, with only 68 new admissions, bringing the total number of hospitalized patients to 11,942 statewide.

I will look on that side a little more 4me, but from what I have seen most of the places that are not over 700g are multi family condos. I have a cuz in Zephyrhills at a King something neighborhood and one living outside Orlando. I just have a bunch of kids and grandkids and family here or I would have moved to the Keys a long time ago before the influx in one of the old style huts, probably have been gone in a blow by now. HAHA . Most of the peeps around here are going about as usual and the cases have gone up 900% in a little over a month from 1 to 91 and counting. Very few masks, no gloves, and kids running everywhere. We stay close to home wear mask and gloves, the Ray Bans, and try to keep 10 to 15 ft. away here we can. Cases are only gonna increase till everyone has it or they find a vaccine, they aren't coming down with everyone out and about. I just hope the antibodies last a while instead of flushing out quickly. Well keep safe friends and have a good cup of coffee every morn to bring up the energy and open the peepers.

It is going to be a lot worse. My neighbor has an employee waiting for test results because their grand father tested positive. He runs a restaurant and will have to close for three weeks and do a 100 percent disinfection. My son is running sound at an outdoor festival all weekend. I am in a closed loop quarantine all of the time. always wear a mask and gloves but I know the 6 feet is not enough because I was downwind of a person drinking beer at a service station while the driver was filling up and he was talking I could smell the alchy and I was fifteen or twenty feet away. Six ain't enough yall WEAR a MASK anytime you are out and around peeps. I went to the dentist, HAD A BAD old crown. Got the root canal, antibiotic swish clorox wash, Now waiting fourteen days cause you cant wear a mask when they drillin man. Mornin coffee was good I needed it, went to the atv trails park, took down the sound/light setup after the show and picked up the Can-Am and came back 200+ round trip, my truck got 8 miles to a gallon. Good thing it has two tanks. All was good and the place was filling up again with the Sunday riders. That is one great business. AND you have all of the hunting/farming land you could ever want 30 g dollar weekend before payouts for the owners, and most all weekends since the lockdown make at least 10. I drank what was left in the pot at 7:45 pm when I got back. I want to find a place for one of these places close to the Riversbend area. Stay safe talkers keep the faith we are going to persevere.

I stepped outside onto my back deck and lite up a left handed cigarette. I did this so as not to stink up the house. My daughter may come by later or perhaps this evening and I do not want the house to be all stunk up.
So I took a beer with me out on to the deck. A nice ice cold beer in a bottle straight outta the icebox ! Holy cow was it a sight to see , let alone even the touch of it !
So I lite the joint and look at the stars. Then it seems shortly after that I find myself back in the house sitting at my work desk and with no ice cold beer !!
I then went outside and find that there are 3 beers sitting out there, all full but minus about one drink from each.

When I was living outside Nashville, 4me, we would go ride West End and Broadway all the girls from Vandy were out walking to Mulenbrinkers and the Penny Arcade, or Taco Tico. We would go to the back parking lot and walk up the hill to the strip and drag anything with TWO legs, no three leggers invited off to Centennial park. The cops were riding the strip eyeballing too a some would pull up smoking a joint too. They never stopped us in all the time we were there and we went to every club and restaurant there. We were kings of the road I had the 67 R/T built as a superstock driving it on the street, my cuz that lives in FL now had a 68 mustang lighter green than the Bullitt car and the other one was a 68 Road Runner, well one character had a pinto wagon, but we don't count him HHHHHAAAA. You could by a lid at the back parking lot from Jerome for 12 dollars, it was a full baggy for the good customers, and WHOOOOEEE he had a good connection. Late sixties, early seventies were the years for Music City just like Haight Ashbury was just a little later starting full tilt. I used to live in Winston Salem NC. on the Piedmont Plateau. Funny weather patterns, I lived on Arlington drive. It was just about to turn spring and it was warm outside, the sky darkened up and we got about 1/2 inch of ice storm in about two hours. Back when I lived there it was mostly rural there was a large wooded area next to my house and a couple of mile long field below that off of Old Vineyard road, now it is all commercial with little patches of housing. I lived in two or three places in NC, find it hard to believe it has turned so leftist. Murphy to Manteo, and back. Had mornin coffee early, drove all day long, loaded and hauled a trackhoe from Mississippi to Alabama, took about 9 hours. Trip was good though, no problems A/C fritzed a little but the breeze was good even though it was 95 F. Had an evening coffee and a nap after a good warm shower. 4me the rain keeps jumping over me, catch me a bucket and send to my garden, I have to water about twice a day. I'm afraid the maters will bust open and be dry if I don't. Have fun and be with your family and friends talkers. Today we are still free, things may change in the short term future, we are only here for today and tomorrow is just in our passing dreams.

Well the longer they can make it hard on the people, the more they become dependent on the scum. Warm day and good coffee today. COVID is running high in riversbend two workers from a nursing home went on vacation to Florida while it was high down there, even though they were told not to leave the area if they wanted to keep working there. When they came back they didn’t tell anyone they had gone, both were infected and they infected half of the patients in the home. There have been quite a few that died as a result. Peeps just keep on acting irresponsibly and killing us daily. Hope all of you talkers are lucky enough to miss peeps like those two and skip this virus. Safe trips and clear skies my friends.

Yeah I am just out and about with the home family members, and have to go to the dentist, gotta take the BOSS to the dr for her ears Thursday. Masks and gloves are a have-to in Alabama where the ENT dr is and the dentist too. I hope we can get through the next round with no problems. The son has to go to another setup and run sound for another outdoor mud rider festival, so we have to watch him for a week or so after the thing is over, Maw won't let him go without a homecooked meal. Same goes for the daughter at least once a week even though she is pushing the half century mark. We sit on the bubble for three days at a time, but we wash with 117 degree water, use Purell first and last time, every time we come in, and when we clean up counters, or anything besides in between washes, If you need some there is a place on Amazon that sells two 1000 ml refills and a really good knockdown cardboard dispenser for about 80 bucks. I have three refills and a bottle to refill for every car. Keep XL 9 mil thick nitrile gloves in the car, we wash them with Purell and reuse. It has taken me three months to use one refill at home. Keep well my friend, I am having to get out more to get some exercise, sitting and watching TV will kill you too. Housetosis is real. Clear skies and good steaks my friends. AND FROSTY BREW!!!!

Bad mornin with the coffee today, Just got word My cousins Son about 50 had a massive Heart attack and died at the hospital. His back was hurting bad so he went in and had the first one in the wheelchair, another one hit him a little later and finished him. His dad is about 75, he is diabetic and has all kinds of health problems but still tickin. We never know which landmine in life will get us, so we need to be all good for the trip. The lord has pulled me back from the brink a lot of times because of the life I chose to live, I am one of those who has been and got a reprieve with a broken neck completely loose at c6-c7. Didn't have any problems from it even after 30 years and still don't. There is a day when I will shed the home and I hope to be worthy of the blood spilled for me, on a daily basis I know I am not but I hope that my faith will help my spirit to be more worthy than my earthly vessel. Hope all talkers are having a better day than My cuz. 4me the cuz lives around Orlando, His son lived around Florence, AL. He has a long trip. Keep well my friends.

All is good in riversbend so far today, coffee was good all through the mornin. hope all talkers are doing well and keeping safe. one nursing home in the area has had all but two of the residents infected with covid, about half of them are recovering well. 4me one cuz lives in Sun City Center a little above the state park boundary, and half way between I-75 and 301. He came all the way to Bama for nephews funeral and turned around and went back to check on some work being done in his house. Other cuz talking about movin back to Bama out in the country. The two things I like best of all the terrain God gave us are the mountains in Summertime and Fall when leaves are changing and the Beaches and Ocean in the Winter and Spring I am about half way between in the flatlands and really need to spend my last few looking across the ridges for 5 months and looking at thongs the other 7, HAHAHA. Coffee is better this mornin, still a little sinus, but i am going to do some cleaning up in the old AC unit this week I change the filters at least bi monthly but the humidity has been so high I am going to wash down the box and floor of the air inlet with some bleach and rinse the coils and drain while I have it off. water pours out of the drain when it gets hot. All talkers keep safe and tell all your college age kids to quit spreading the covid. Hundreds partied last weekend and thousands have it now, GET some common sense babies. Why cant everyone that does not HAVE to be out and about for a month stay a safe distance from everyone and wear a mask, wash or sanitize your hands keep yourself clean by washing ANYTHING that comes in contact with a surface you don't know is clean, wear gloves when you handle ANYTHING that is out for public use. His obituary reads as follows: Common Sense, aka C.S., lived a long life, but died from heart failure at the brink of the millennium. Rules and regulations and petty, frivolous lawsuits held no power over C.S. A most reliable sage, he was credited with cultivating the ability to know when to come in out of the rain, the discovery that the early bird gets the worm and how to take the bitter with the sweet.

C.S. also developed sound financial policies (don’t spend more than you earn), reliable parenting strategies (the adult is in charge, not the kid) and prudent dietary plans (offset eggs and bacon with a little fiber and orange juice).

A veteran of the Industrial Revolution, the Great Depression, the Technological Revolution and the Smoking Crusades, C.S. survived sundry cultural and educational trends including disco, the men’s movement, body piercing, whole language and new math. C.S.’s health began declining in the late 1960s when he became infected with the If-It-Feels-Good, Do-It virus.

Yeah it is absolutely true they won the house with this scam and the vote harvesting in California they flipped enough seats in California to get the house and every one was flipped by voter fraud. Renewed CDL today for probably the last time. I let the X rating go last time and just kept the t-t. I got tired of taking a FBI security check for 50 bucks to haul shit that could kill me without even having a wreck. I haul trackhoes and other equipment or pull spread axle flatbeds most of the time. I hate having to go into some places they want me to go, I was in Huntsville Al Tuesday and went through a gate 2 feet wider than the tracks of the trackhoe in a curve with a six foot ditch on each side. going in was bad enough, but I had to hang one tire of the trailer off over the ditch to go out because of a turn in front of the gate. Then we went through a plowed bean field wide-open locked all the rear ends If it stuck it would take a BIG TRACKHOE to get it out. HAHAHA I like living "on the edge" but not literally. Have a good nap 4me I am going to do the same about 7 pm tonight in riversbend I want to be ready for the weekend battle.

Yeah I have a sore throat, think it is from the tooth being pulled and swishing the old Peroxide too much, Nobody else has it and I haven't been around anyone that is sick at all. Never know these days no fever no thing but red throat and the same old sinus I keep 24-7. I think a good small shot of Crown will burn like hell but help it. I am getting tired of this having to stay masked, gloved and on guard all of the time. be safe my friend sleep well.

I had a few shots of some good sipping whiskey the other night and as always the next day my voice was not working so good.
It sound like I had a very sore throat (which I didn't).
Seems lately that everytime I sip on too much whiskey I then loose my voice the next day.
Well that's all fine, but the problem comes when I had to go to work.
I did not want to speak to anyone at the job, not the staff or the public, or they may have felt that I should not be there as I may have had the covid :eek:

I am lucky thou because I can go in to the store just before they close, so I do not have to converse with anyone too much or at all.
It's just me all alone in a huge store for the next 4 to 10 hours :)

Yeah I am some better today hope to be back to usual just sinus like the last 5 years or so. It is really aggravating to have sinus in this time, It will get better and it sometimes gets a lot worse, when it gets worse you have to consider "could I have this crap"? then you try to think of anywhere you could have been exposed or exposed anyone. So far my list of people is very short and all of them are well and going strong. Thing is they don't ever really tell us HOW the crap is spread except by a sneeze or cough or something like that For there to be so many cases there MUST be other ways.

Glad to hear you are good 4me Plan to stay around a long time!! I hope to make it as long as my family and kids are doing OK, I don't want to outlive any of more of my kids. I watched a few peeps bury children My two cousins (brothers) buried a son each, and even some friends their grandchildren besides my baby. I have a neighbor who had a baby boy live about four months struggling. It is something you never forget or ever want to happen to anyone or their child. Your friends and family are the most important thing to keep safe and happy if you can. Some won't leave Drama alone, and they just can't be made happy, but all one can do is try to help them. I hope mine are all able to rise above the drama and find Peace Of Mind. I hope the same for all talkers POM is the only way to true satisfaction and freedom.

Thread Been stalled for 6 days, Morning Coffee was good as was the cup I drank ten minutes ago, Coffee, lotsa water, and about 1 MT Dew a day. My wife can cook anything, She is a master cook so I have to eat light. I am trying to get to 200 or less, and be at a low BMI by next year. I need to get to fighting weight. Now that is the breakfast of champions,, I usually have coffee, maybe a boiled egg or two and some cheese preferably pepper jack on 1 piece of white bread or whole wheat. Once in a while some sausage, smoked turkey or rotisserie chicken. I eat pretty healthy, I just eat too much at night at least three or four times between 5 and 11. Most of the time SEE food!!! everything I see. HEHEH. Have a good day and night my friend and may your angel watch your steps.

Havin coffee at 10:30 am got a sinus problem poured concrete and washed the nose out with saline to get any dust out. Dried them out I guess and now got one bleeding a little. Mornin coffee is good today, getting a pressure wash on a house. would like to sit at the back 40 and watch the deer and squirrels play, but oh well in the next life maybe I will be sitting at the creek on a little cool sunny evening in a pair of cutoff overalls and a blue t shirt with a low Adirondack chair and a good Walt Carpenter Brownstone, a FIN-NOR 3 and no fly, just a few weights with a half gallon of Crown my old long gone Half Red Chow Half Timberwolf and a highball glass.
