IPTV STALKER 9.0.19 url error timed out

Purchased a month donation and i only had 5 good days so far,not pleased with the service... Now cant even get on NFPS, keeps getting that url timed out error. The version prior to this one i had to change MAC address for it to continue to work. my internet is fine.. everything else on Kodi is playing flawlessly.. Cleaned cache,no luck.. What now? :mad:

Contact reseller maybe or even state where you donated to and people might be able to help you more.
