Software update question

Ok...trying to update software. It doesnt appear to be doing anything. No updating....stuck at zero. I have rebooted and went to same software update and no luck. Any tips on updating software. I perused stickys and couldnt find any help. I also searched on "software update" on this discussion but nothing comes up to help this particular situation.

in inner portal go to settings then auto update software set to enable press ok it will save then reboot the mag 254 should start update after reboot
