Latino channels and sports channels freezing 100%

Latino channels freeze all the time. So depressing

not much freezing here only on a few channels

At 1:30pm today started checking channels did 78-100 then 110 to 159 then 401 to 454 had 7channels with no video one freezing the rest were good only stayed about 30 sec on each channel because of time restraints but they ran smoothly, that's is a lot of up channels compared to down ones, have 10meg DSL which shows as 7meg with Ookla speed test.
I understand that some are not getting results like this but with server and IP improvements it may be not far away.

Note I do not check non English channels except the sports.
