NFPS and Rocket not working

Hi guys looks like NFPS and Rocket are not work just reset both boxes since service was running like crap now both boys and services are stuck on connecting to server. Also tried a ping the response was in the 1000ms and dropped a bunch of packets before even getting a response can someone confirm please.

Strange I can hit everything else just fine. Not only that but I can ping the servers just a really bad response time. At the server location try resetting you box then tell me if it still come up. As I said in my post I was in to just lots of freezing so I tried resetting the box and they are stuck at connecting to server.
