It's easy...
Press setup button on remote and you are back to action.
The button is under F4 below.

Try to unplug the power cable from stb and plug back after 10 sec.
Mine is working by just pressing "settings" button.
While it loads, watch for menu button to push when it will be asked on while reboot.

have been doing all that, it was up and running fine, two days ago we got a blue bar when trying to load and have been unable to get it running again. We have rest, factory rest, and unpluged a thousand times. This also happened last week, after days of this it just worked, Then it just happened again. Is there any reason for this continuous problem?

The yellow bar is directly related to your internet connection, go into your settings/internet/ wired or wifi and click on the info button and make sure it reads up (connected) and you have an IP address showing if that is not right hit the refresh button on your remote bottom rt corner and see if that gets you connected again.
