I like other people do at times have buffering issues and want to fix it because it's annoying. Tried a couple of things mentioned on the board with no help. So I was looking around in kodi for things that might help and stumbled on a setting that seems to have helped me alot and my buffering on most channels have almost 98% gone. If you want to try it and give feed back it may help others. Hope it helps! Here's what I did:

1.in kodi go to system then settings
2.go to the system on the bottom once in there make sure you settings level is advanced or better
3.go to the internet access section and then "internet connection bandwidth limitations" settings which is off use the arrows up and try raising the setting to what you want I'm on 102400 kbps and like I said I'm at 98% buffering free

Makes no sense. That only limits how fast kodi will use the internet for EVERYTHING

That seams like it would only effect Kodi and have nothing to do with actual internet connection settings. Maybe if you were to change the settings on your router somehow I could see that affecting IPTV buffering or maybe there is a setting on my Mag 254 that I can change similar to Kodi.

This setting does nothing but limit the total bandwidth Kodi is able to use. This will not affect video quality at all.

I have been thru every setting multiple times.

Buffering issues are caused by too many people on the streams, and being too far from the source.

This is a holiday weekend, and there are more people at home than normal, and the system is suffering badly for it.

Here in Vegas I can only watch live TV between the hours of 11pm to about 8 am. After that too many people on, and my received bandwidth goes down to less than 28kbps.
