After going back and forth with this issue for quite some time, as well as speaking to several members on this board and others I have found the issues is largely west coast.
If we can get a list of locations, ie this state, along with equipment type, and receive speed, I think we may be able to pin down the problem for the iptv guys to fix.
Please be more specific than it don't work or it buffers.
Inside kodi you can hit the o button on a keyboard that brings up useful data. if you can upload that photo and time of day for the issues that would be great. Any info helps.
Thanks all,
With your help we can make this service so much better.

BTW...
If you VPN to Canada you get a much better ping and more stable stream I am watching AMC the Matrix while vpn'd to Canada East coast and it is holding between 129 and 122kbps just enough to keep the buffer at around a steady 80% .... I will update later tonight as this may be a promising lead for the moment at least.
--- Quick Edit
10:00 pm and only 3 major hiccups in the last hour .. so at least at this time of the night using a VPN to East Canada helps with the response.

Here it is 12:30 in the morning and I am pulling down between 1-4 mbps.
Earlier I couldn't get 20kbps.
This is totally crappy. Missed the UFC prelims and main event. Couldn't even watch on IKS due to those channels down. Rocket is so letting me down lately.
The server must be way overloaded, and coming from the east cost. Once everyone on that side of the country logs off us out west finally get some bandwidth.
Someone needs to look into this or as stated above everyone will just proxy into the east coast and ruin everyone's fun.
It buffs no mater were u r. Its at ther end! And I am on east coast n it buffs all the time.

Well at least now we know, I would love to have a stat showing the avg downstream rate per user so we can tell once and for all .... put more muscle behind it and stop telling us it's the ISP, the Internet, The Universe or the bad hotdog you ate 2 days ago....
See this morning i am getting a ping at around 146ms.

The further you are from the east coast the worse it is. Here in Vegas you can only watch from 11pm-abut 7am. Does not matter what channel.

I can stream Netflix on one tv........xbox live internet game on another tv.........HBO-GO on a laptop (wifi)....and all work flawlessly.....all At the same time........Now I use my Avov Tv-Online box (hardwired to router).....with everything else turned off........I get buffering (freezing) on most channels most of the time............Southern Calif.......Timewarner 50mbps internet.............And I'm only interested in channels from North America.....i will try BT sports when there is a ufc or boxing PPV fight.............channel 455 has never worked for me........
If they wanted to build a good iptv service and sell lots of donations....they should have prepared themselves with top flight server equipment and Bandwidth to handle all the users needs,.
No excuse for not anticipating lots of people buying in to their service.......they do advertize (NO FREEZING)

Cracks me up that those 10% of people who don't experience buffering treat the other 90% as noobs. As if no one here has knowledge of what he's doing except them. lol
Then again, if it was MY bandwith, how comes I experience buffering always on the same channels and some run fine all the time? On the channels I (would like to) watch there is almost always constant freezing and/or buffering. The movie channels seem to stream much better, but having Kodi I don't really care about movies on iptv, I would like to watch mostly entertainment channels, and that's exactly where this server really sucks.
And it is honestly insulting that no one steps up to admit the server, as of now, is a load of crap, rather than blaming the user end if things don't work.

Like I said before all the streams are coming from the Internet and it will never be stable as there are millions watching these streams so not only are you getting hiccups from the streams from the net your also getting them from the nfps server that is more than likely overloaded so your basically getting double the freeze my suggestion is to save yourself 80 bucks a year and just install kodi and watch all these channels for free with better service

It is buffering here from vancouver bc, 4:37pm. It buffers a lot every day from afternoon to night. the real issue I think is the suscribers are too many compare to the iptv server bandwidth so it give every little bandwidth to each one. for example. if the server has 1000mbps bandwidth, if it should be 1mbps per person to get smooth stream , it can support 1000 person , when you have 3000 person. it won't work. unless NFPS updrade there server. now they only have 1 for iptv subscribers.<br />

Its Pretty evident the SHE and VHOs (if there is even a VHO at all) are not nearly effectively deployed or controlled within any means of IGMP standards that this service is meant that handle. But with that said, IPTV is new and takes time to deploy correctly, I do feel somewhat for the peeps that expected it to be 100% or at least 90% good....and its like 20% good in reality.

I just wasted my money.. . This is not a private server.. channels always buffering and frezing.. this is sucks. Why we need a server with 800 suck channels? If we can't watch not even one? ...
Just to let you know guys, I'm watching tv from my contry , from the other site of this world ( FROM A REAL PRIVATE SERVER ) on the same box, with the same internet speed , 144 channels in sd and HD.. and I'm not having ANY... yes Any .. zero 00000 .. buffering or frezing..

We have to be realistic.. this server was not ready to go to private. .. like a said why so many channels with no quality? .. I will prefere have less channels and have quality and even pay little more on my donation.. or like I'm doing with my other server, pay a monthly donation.. but have quality.. get home after work, after a stress day open a bear and "WATCH " some quality tv channels. . Not this crap that we have now..
WHAT? DON'T TELL ME WITH ALL THE FONATIONS ,, I BELIEVE THOUSANDS ALREADY.. IS NOT MONEY TO MOVE THE SERVER TO ANOTHER PLACE?

I have given up as a bad job, I have installed several that are claimed to be good but they all act the same. itpv stalker is now a pay to use service, the buffering drives me nuts, if I cant watch a hole of golf without the buffer stopping several times then whats to point. it makes me unsure to pay for stalker, they get the money you get the same crappy service, that no one want to say is their issue.
I have ccloud, dexter, zdub25, pear, and a few more, to give marks out of 10 for working satisfactory none of them are above 7.5
anyone got a package that does work fine????

Hello everyone I am having major buffering issues here in the East Coast every evening starting at 8 p.m. I start getting buffering issues with every channel but today it started early buffering is really ridiculous buffers every 2 to 3 seconds impossible to watch anything I hate to say this but I really believe the trial version was actually running better lol it's supposed to run better with donations and less stress on servers that does not seem to be the case I hope these guys can find a solution to the problem is getting a little repetitious hand a little frustrating I have various donations let's say over 15 and everyone is having issues make everyone who has believed and donated to you guys happy with their decision thanks to all the developers and mods just try to straighten this out please

If there was such a perfect package out there everyone would use it and then it would get buffering and lag and people would complain.
You want perfect lag free hd TV then pay $200 a month for it. Iptv and streaming is very new. Networks are fighting it. Free hosting gets limited or shut down. These services are an attempt to bring it to the next level but its not perfect yet. It takes time.
They can't host this stuff on a good north american server or it would get shut down. They have to resort to countries that turn a blind eye but they're slower and cost a lot more.
I'd have to say if they keep it up and going they can make it good. For now it's all new so it is what it is.

Agree 100%. Why use mac addresses when people are able to guess an address? I imagine there are tons of free loaders every day that are contributing to the freezing. When I used NFPS with an FTA receiver, they used a login and password for IKS.

In your Kodi Video Acceleration settings try disabling amcodec & Media Codec, just leaving libstagefright enabled & see if that makes any difference.

I actually had some (mostly) freeze free TV today - but that was this morning. It's back to freezing at the moment. Pretty much every time I have tried to watch something until today it has been freezing too much to be watchable. Not my system - I can stream other sources/methods freeze free. To be fair I haven't spent a lot of time testing, but then why watch freezing channels when IKS is still cruising along nicely (except for ECM's). Thank god IKS is still working... Hope they can get this sorted out before IKS goes......

If your using Kodi and PVR Stalker there are some advanced settings that will help. Also check the option under the EPG/Guide Settings to prevent updating during playback.

Thank you all for this wonderful forum. My concern is that the channels are more I see Investigation Discovery, Tru TV, Nat Geo Wild, History Channel, all I see are Latinos but I get frustrated when those stops with buffering every time. I wonder what happens and how it would solve. I had no problems with making the donation but I'm not enjoying the channels these problems. That's what happens with this? I'm using 15.2 Kodi on Fire TV

Yes bucky new channels ! Please read under announcements ! Here is a sample.
During this 90 day period from the date 07-15-2015 the IPTV comes online we expect to finish the channel line-up and have the EPG fully incorporated. The channel line-up is to include the complete programming for Charlie including Fox Sportnet from several cities. In addition we will be adding some of Beverly channels like TSN and others. We are currently attempting to add some of the international channels from Charlie but we cannot guarantee those at this time.
Many of you are relatively new to NFPS and many have been with us for many years. Those that have been with us over the years understand that change is inevitable and we sincerely hope that NFPS with the new IPTV service will be able to provide all of you with your entertainment needs for many years to come.
