Box takes forever to load

Box running fine then. Takes for ever to load so followed instructions on how to reset now it taking even longer to load. All I get is what called knight rider lights. Goes green blue and the. Starts over. Left it overnight and in the morning I can get in back if power off then goes back to knight rider lights. Anyone else have this problem or know of fix. I have all kinds of boxes that will load up within a minute of reboot or pulling the plug

Saw that happen on mine once. I just unplugged and left that way for about 10 minutes. When plugged back up everything was ok. If it will not work then contact your seller about a fix or replacement.

i had that a couple of times... i made sure my hdmi cable was all the way installed and that helped

switch from wireless to Ethernet or the other way around and check hdmi cable
