On MAG254....

All my settings are correct; it has loaded previously without issue; I changed nothing and this is the error I am now getting when it tries to load. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is?

It is a physical MAG254 box, not emulator. Ethernet is working and I did a firmware update from infomir. Still have the issue

Did a factory flash and all is good had same message (stb is damaged call your provider) after i did some editing to settings. Just reboot and press 3 dot button and click nand and went back to factory settings

Got this same message a couple of times myself during setup.
I (manually) went back to older version of software "update" - and then back to newer update right after that.
I suspect (but am unsure) that an error made while typing your server url may be the cause of this issue.
I also did some editing to settings - especially those concerning the TV "aspect" feature.
My MAG 254 won't work with my DVR and older TV unless I use the NTSC setting.

Means the mac address on your device has been used or could be corrupted.

factory reset box first then set back up with mag 254 setup guide you cannot change mac address you link mac address to your route mac is on the bottom of the box link that one to your route

What are you using to view? Mag, Avov, Emulator?

he means a fac restore or restore fac settings, a reset..

Check your mac and make sure nobody is using it. If your mac is already subscribed to service, you may want to contact support and short it out.
